Exploring the Exciting 2025-26 Season at Fox Cities PAC
The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center (PAC) in Appleton is set to dazzle audiences next season with an impressive lineup, featuring both beloved classics and exciting new musicals. Among the highlights are the Wisconsin premieres of Broadway hits “The Great Gatsby” and “Hell's Kitchen.” Both productions promise to captivate hearts, with “Hell's Kitchen,” a jukebox musical by Alicia Keys, launching its North American tour this fall, while “The Great Gatsby” will begin its tour in early 2026.
Embracing Diversity and Community Engagement
Maria Van Laanen, the center's president and CEO, emphasizes that this season is centered around discovery. The array of performances not only offers visitors a chance to witness popular productions like “Hamilton” but also aims to introduce patrons to a wide variety of cultural experiences, from a Shakespeare tour to a Japanese drum ensemble.
Accessibility and Inclusion in the Arts
This upcoming season also marks the first year of the Fox Cities PAC’s partnership with KultureCity, a nonprofit focused on enhancing accessibility for individuals with sensory needs. This collaboration will provide tools for attendees, such as sensory kits and designated quiet zones, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone. Van Laanen notes, "We work really closely with our community partners to identify any potential barriers... ensuring that this truly is the multicultural gathering place for all." This commitment to inclusivity highlights the center's role in fostering a diverse community.
A Season to Look Forward To
As the current season at the PAC continues into June, excitement brews for the upcoming performances slated from October 2025 to June 2026. The mix of familiar favorites and new experiences promises to create lasting memories for the audiences of Appleton.
