The Audition Process
1. Registration
Download the registration form by clicking on the button on the right.

2. Email Completed Registration Form
Fill out the registration form, then email the completed form as well as your request for an audition time.  Please indicate any unavailability between the hours of 6:30 and 9:30.

3. Audition Format for In-person audition
1. Prepared song of your choosing - must be from musical theatre repertoire

 
2. Bring a copy of your audition song for the accompanist (charts with chords only are not acceptable)

 
3. Vocal range test and listening skills assessment.
 
4. Choreography assessment - ability to dance is NOT a requirement.  This assessment is so the choreographer can classify your level of skill.

Expectations

Rehearsals are weekly on Wednesday evenings. Commitment to the rehearsal & performance schedule is expected.

The annual fee is $280.

 
The Voices of Broadway Show Choir is a very high level performance group.   Looking for all voices.  Ability to read music not required, but definitely an asset, as are dance and acting skills/experience.  We recommend you bring your “A” game! 

Members are expected to take personal responsibiliy for home practice, review and preparation for every rehearsal and performance.

​​​​Members will be responsible for purchase of appropriate choir dress, and periodically, inexpensive props/costunes.
